Surf Park Holdings – $3.5M for 60% Equity.  $1.5M for 15% Prototype Equity
www.swellspot.com (moonshot, personal fav, based on Phoenix Arizona surf park - Revel Surf/Cannon Beach. We were involved with technology development and engineering on that $12M AZ project, and this new design is a scaled down learn to surf concept. Money will be used for land purchase, system buildout, and initial operating capital.)  $3.5M Investment, 15% IRR unlevered, 4.8 year payback period, $14M contracted pipeline.
